[ERROR] I need to create videos using audio generated by me as the basis for my customised avatar via API

I need to create videos using audio generated by me as the basis for my customised avatar via API. The integration apparently works, but in AI Studio all my tests show an error, I've tested with audio and text, but the error persists. The funniest thing is that the platform doesn't tell me the reason for the error, which I think could be improved. If anyone has any idea what it is please, I need help :)

Error "This video cannot be used as template" and "This video doesn't support template.generate"

I am using Zapier to connect to HeyGen. I am trying to use the "Create a Video From Template" but I get the "This video cannot be used as a template" when I try to use the video ID of a completed video. If I try to use a Template Video ID, I get the "This video doesn't support template.generate" error.
