Hello - I've uploaded my video and clicked on the "proofread" button, but it's only prompting me to purchase a membership, even though I've already done so.
Faceswap with trial token
I can't seem to upload a replacement face using the endpoint: POST https://upload.heygen.com/v1/face. I get the following response: {"code":400562,"message":"forbidden"}. I am using the trial token currently to investigate this API before deciding if I should integrate it into my app but I can't seem to get the faceswap working.

While generating the template, we are able to create the template. But while fetching the template variables using below: https://api.heygen.com/v2/template/{template_id}. It is giving invalid parameter and no variable set. IT was working fine yesterday 3 pm IST and since then we are facing the issue.

How to use generate template v2 api
Hello i'm trying to generate a video with a temple. The template as 1 variable called name. When i use the exemple code i got "variables is invalid:
