What is the limit of concurrent Interactive Avatars?

We have integrated Interactive Avatars into our website. Initially, we encountered some confusion regarding the concurrent avatar limit. Could you please provide guidance on how to determine the plan to which an API key is subscribed and the maximum number of interactive avatars it can handle concurrently? Additionally, we would appreciate advice on the most efficient workflow for this process.

Can I create the avatar instantly by submitting a video like we can do this by using heygen UI? I need to create instant avatar so that I can get the avatar ID instantly when user record his video and submit it for avatar creation. I need to do it by using heygen API. If we can, which api should I use?
