Avatar Getting Cut Off after Avatar Replacement in Template

Hi HeyGen Support Team,

We're using the Template API (POST /v2/template/{template_id}/generate) to generate videos with avatar replacements, as documented in Replace Avatar in Template (https://docs.heygen.com/docs/replace-avatar-in-template-1). We've found that overriding a character variable causes the avatar element's positioning (zoom, scale, bounding box) to reset to defaults, rather than preserving the layout configured in the template editor. This causes the avatar to be cut off on the bottom.

Is there a way to preserve avatar element positioning when overriding character_id?
Is this a known issue, and is there a fix planned?
