We started getting status "waiting" in response to the Get Video Status/Details endpoint. This is not documented on your main API reference page: https://docs.heygen.com/reference/video-status

However, your support was able to find it on other documentation pages that we did not find. Your support suggested that I post something here to tell you to update your documentation :)

We'd also be interested to understand how this status is different from "pending". Also, if there are maybe other undocumented statuses we should be looking out for.
