Hi, i want to subscribe to the api plan. Through the documentation and recent discussion post it seems, the new model is pay-as-you-go and with per second pricing.

however, when I go to subscribe/upgrade for api plan, it still shows $99/mo plan. so how do i topup e.g. $10 to begin with and add balance as i need.
