Hello HeyGen Support Team,

We are experiencing an intermittent issue when using HeyGen avatars within our service.

In specific environments, users occasionally see the following error:

“LiveKit doesn’t seem to be supported on this browser. Try to update your browser and make sure no browser extensions are disabling webRTC.”

The issue appears intermittently and resolves on its own without any configuration or environment changes.

Other WebRTC-based services (such as Google Meet) work normally in the same environment.

Could you please let us know if there are any known issues or possible causes on the LiveKit/HeyGen side that might result in this behavior?
