Question Regarding 10 API Credits for Non-Subscribed API Accounts

I would like to confirm whether the policy of providing 10 API credits to all accounts without an active subscription has been discontinued.

As far as I recall, this benefit was still available last month. However, it does not appear to be applied this month, so I am wondering if there has been a recent policy change or update.

Could you please clarify whether this benefit has been removed or modified?
