Creating a floating chat bubble widget with my LiveAvatar

Hi HeyGen Team,

Here’s the context:

Previously, we were able to embed a LiveAvatar as a floating chat bubble (similar to a support chat widget) on our website (https://online.spectrumtuition.com/)

However, using the current LiveAvatar embed code, when we copy and paste it into our website, the avatar now displays as a wide / full-width embed, not as a floating bubble like before.

We’re not developers, so implementing this via SDKs or custom CSS from scratch is quite difficult for us.

What we need:

A ready-to-use custom embed code (HTML/CSS/JS) that renders the LiveAvatar as:

a floating chat bubble (fixed position, e.g. bottom-right)

expandable/collapsible on click

We’re happy to use Custom Mode or Full Mode — whichever supports this best.

Since this was possible before, we’re hoping your team can share the recommended or updated implementation to achieve the same floating bubble behaviour.

Thanks in advance — we’d really appreciate direct guidance or a sample snippet from your engineering team.
