Sporatic Errors when generating HeyGen videos via the API when audio is Haitian Creole

I'm trying to generate AI avatar videos using audio of Haitian Creole speakers generated with ElevenLabs. I'm generating the AI avatar videos in HeyGen via make.com.

When I generate videos with audio that has English speakers, HeyGen generates the videos fine.

But when I try with Haitian Creole audio, it errors out about out 9 of 10 times

So 10% of the time I'm able to generate a video without an error.

All the audio files. I'm uploading our MP3 files generated by ElevenLabs.
