I purchased a Creator subscription from you. I got through 6 short videos and you stopped producing and required I purchase additional credits. Of course this is unacceptable as I feel may of my credits were used through failures in your AI in implementing my requests. So...I am not pleased and thisproduct you have may not meet my needs? Any chance for a refund?
