Instant avatar not appearing in GET /v2/avatars

Hello team,

I’m experiencing an issue with an instant avatar that is visible in my HeyGen dashboard but not available via the API.

Issue:

The avatar is visible and usable in the dashboard

It does not appear in the GET /v2/avatars response

When used in a Create Avatar Video request, the API returns:
Avatar not found or no longer available

Based on the documentation, instant avatars should be returned by this endpoint, so this looks like a sync or visibility issue on the API side.

Can anyone help?
