Hello HeyGen Support Team,

we have set up a public test environment to further analyze the current behavior of our Live Avatar integration and would appreciate your support.

Observed behavior

Microsoft Edge:
The avatar works best here. Audio output and interaction are mostly stable.

Google Chrome:
Works in general, but often requires a manual reload after the first visit before audio output starts correctly.

Safari & Firefox:

No audio output at all

Voice input / microphone input is unreliable or not detected consistently

Questions

Are there known browser-specific limitations or requirements for Live Avatar audio output and microphone input?

Are Safari and Firefox officially supported for Live Avatar usage?

Are there recommended settings (e.g. autoplay, audio context handling, permissions) or SDK updates we should apply to improve cross-browser compatibility?

This setup is part of an active evaluation and demo scenario, so any guidance or best practices would be very helpful.
