URGENT: Migration Issue - Credits and Assets not appearing in LiveAvatar

Hi HeyGen Team,

I need help regarding the migration from Interactive Avatar API to LiveAvatar.

I am the lead developer managing our HeyGen configuration for a React JS project using the @heygen/streaming-avatar SDK. Following the migration email received today, I logged into app.liveavatar.com using our existing HeyGen Pro credentials.

We are facing two critical issues:

Missing Credits: Our HeyGen account currently has 88 credits (as shown in app.heygen.com), but the LiveAvatar dashboard is showing 0 credits.

Missing Assets: No migration popup appeared upon login, and our existing avatar assets have not transferred over.

Since we are actively using the Streaming Avatar in a production React environment, we need to ensure our assets and credits are migrated correctly before the legacy API sunsets.

Could you please manually trigger the migration for this account or link our Pro credits to the LiveAvatar dashboard?
