Hi HeyGen Support,

I recently upgraded to the HeyGen Pro plan and I’m using the HeyGen API.

I would like to confirm that my API key has full access to:

• Avatar-based video generation
• Video generation via the /v2/video/generate endpoint
• Use of built-in avatars (e.g. anna_costume1_cameraA)
• Voice synthesis with text input

I want to make sure there are no API restrictions or missing permissions on my account.

Could you please confirm:

1. That my API key is fully enabled for Pro features
2. Whether any additional activation is required for avatar/video generation
3. If there are usage limits or cooldowns I should be aware of
4. and my API key it doesnt work in .env lokal
