Hello HeyGen Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently using the HeyGen SDK in my application and am facing an intermittent issue with avatar responsiveness.

Issue description:
At times, the video continues playing normally and the avatar’s movement/animation is visible, but the avatar stops responding to user speech entirely. Even after speaking multiple times, there is no response from the avatar. However, in other instances, the avatar works correctly and responds as expected without any issues.

This behavior appears to be inconsistent and does not happen every time, which makes it difficult to reproduce reliably.
