Why is it so difficult?

I am logged into HeyGen and participate in the discussion panel. I raised a question the 1st of November 2025. Do you know how difficult it is to find it again. Each question stands with for example "a month ago", the search is not much better, and even pressing Ctrl+K in the search result is difficult ;(

Am I missing something here? Perhaps a feature request from my side: Allow the logged in user to be configures to get an email, when someone has replied. And, when someone replied, allow me to know if it is a person employed at HeyGen ;) Also, make it easy to get a list of questions raised by me ;););)
