How to get current active session Id

GuriHi Team,

I have installed the LiveAvatar demo on my localhost. I want to view the list of active sessions. I found the documentation here: https://docs.liveavatar.com/reference/create_session_token_v1_sessions_token_post

I can see options to start, stop, keep alive, and list sessions, but I don’t see an option specifically for viewing the currently active sessions. How can I achieve this?
