Avatar not found when calling /v2/video/generate (using ID from Avatars page)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to call the HeyGen API to generate a video with a custom avatar I created in the web app, but I keep getting an avatar_not_found error.

Where I get the ID:
I go to Avatars → My Avatars → [my avatar] → (…) menu → Copy Avatar ID and use that value in the API call.
