The API avatar isn't working

I have a photo avatar that I generated in Heygen. I contacted support and they replied:
The "avatar not found" error typically occurs when using the wrong ID format for photo avatars in API calls.

For photo avatars with the Add Motion feature, you must use the avatar's appearance ID (called talking_photo_id in the API), not the avatar group ID. Here's how to get the correct ID:

Use the "List all avatars in a single avatar group" API to get the avatar's appearance ID.
Use this image ID as talking_photo_id in the video creation request.

Question: How do I create a talking_photo_id for the avatar's appearance ID? I'm reading the documentation, but I'm still confused.
