Avatar IV endpoint randomly removes the image bg and turns the video into white bg without asking for it

How can I stop it from doing that?
Support team is no help, this is what they said "You're right that Avatar IV is the newer endpoint with better lip-syncing. I checked our API documentation for the Avatar IV endpoint (v2/video/av4/generate), and it doesn't currently show parameters for controlling background removal"
