Can HeyGen's tech team please fix the unwanted background sounds added when uploading images to create lip sync videos? No OFF option is available!

Unwanted background sounds are being added when I upload my images, which are in a office setting, to create lip sync videos, and I do not see an OFF option available to turn these unwanted background sounds off.
Can someone in HeyGen's tech team please look into this URGENTLY?
