how to use api to create a Cantonese Avatar

I have uploaded my own cantonese voice to heygen. It is recoginzed as the multilingual. Now, it's always speak Mandarin.
I want to know how to make it speak Cantonese through api (https://api.heygen.com/v2/video/av4/generate)
