I am writing to report a critical issue: I am unable to load any of my created projects on HeyGen. This has severely disrupted my ongoing work and has caused significant inconvenience, especially as I have been consistently referring HeyGen to my friends and office colleagues as a reliable solution for AI video creation.

This experience has unfortunately led to trust issues, as I strongly advocated for your platform based on my prior positive experiences. Facing such a fundamental problem undermines confidence in both the product’s reliability and my recommendations to others.

Could your team please treat this on priority? Any guidance, workaround, or ETA for resolution would be appreciated, as I am keen to restore faith in the tool and continue sharing it confidently within my network.
