Critical Issue: Avatar streams are dropping immediately after speech is queued with event type 'stream_disconnected' and detail: 5. This happens consistently across browsers (Safari, Firefox) and provides no error codes or messages. The issue occurs regardless of our STT implementation, session keepalive, or event handling. This appears to be a fundamental HeyGen streaming service issue that's blocking my production deployment.

Can anyone give me a clue as to how to fix or work around this problem before a client demonstration tomorrow??
