Creating avatar, not a talking photo

I created avatar in heygen using "Design with AI". But when I try to generate video avatar, I get message "avatar xxxxxx not found or no longer available'. I checked list of avatars and found out, that my created avatar is talking photo. But I need to create exactly avatar, not a talking photo. Explain me please, how can I create an avatar using AI to generate avatar video, not a talking photo?
