Is There an API to Create Avatars from Videos?

Does HeyGen provide an API to create new avatars from uploaded videos? If not, is there a way to achieve this through an enterprise engagement?

If we were to implement this, what would be the recommended approach? Would it require a custom integration, or is there an existing workflow for enterprise customers?
