My name is Javier, and I have recently been contracted by Dissimility, an events company, to develop and integrate a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence using Heygen’s technology. This assistant will serve as a crucial tool for the production team, helping to streamline event operations and provide real-time support by connecting to company databases and performing autonomous searches.

The project’s primary goal is to create a highly interactive and responsive avatar that:

-Seamlessly connects to Dissimility’s internal databases (e.g., venue information, scheduling, and client requirements).

-Supports the production team by providing quick access to event details, task tracking, and real-time updates.

-Leverages Heygen’s capabilities to deliver natural and engaging communication, both in text and voice.

To achieve this, I am seeking your assistance in:

-Setting up the avatar within the Heygen platform: Guidance on configuring the avatar’s behavior, personality, and communication style to suit the needs of an events production environment.

-Integrating external databases: Instructions or support for linking the avatar to Google Drive files (starting with a key Excel sheet containing venue information) and other resources hosted on external platforms.

-Ensuring optimal performance: Advice on best practices for training the avatar and refining its interactions to align with our goals.
